These have to be my favourite shots. Taken for Sunday Times 'Style' Magazine. Chili hadn't arrived yet so Shelby stole the limelight. LB, my African grey, is centre, while BB the budgie peeps over my shoulder!

The Girls!

Shelby & Chili are my two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, they're so much fun.... enjoy the pics

Chili is a rescue dog I adopted from the Mayhew animal
home in North London www.mayhewanimalhome.org

These fun shots were taken with ‘the girls’ Shelby & Chili to promote the Wag & Bone Show
where me & my presenter friend Anneka Svenska had the pleasure of playing show judges.

Shelby as a six week pup... then.... winning her first dog show!

Anneka and I were proud to judge the Top Dog competition at the ‘Wag & Bone Show’ on Saturday 14th August 2004 at Windsor racecourse.

We also helped raise awareness of the recent dog poisoning scandal in the run-up to the Olympics in Athens.

This page shows one of the worst videos I have seen about the cat and dog fur trade in China. Please watch and boycott ALL Chinese fur products, as fur is often mislabeled purposely on Chinese products in order to get it into Europe and into our shops.

The video is horrific - Please forward to anyone you know who would care about this and help make a difference.

Outside Windsor Castle, with corgis!

I helped launch ‘The Year of the Volunteer 2005 Launch for Animal Month’ on December 1st at Battersea Dogs home… I met some gorgeous dogs and fell for this little beauty called ‘Foxy’.

It’s so rewarding and therapeutic walking and spending time with dogs. Why not pop along to your local dog rescue centre and find out how you can join in the events, fund raising and dog walking?

Once again I took part in the annual ‘Paws & Claws Run’ from the Ace Café to the
Mayhew Animal Home on a chilly December Sunday Morning!

The link below is to Heather Mills McCartney’s website where you can fill out a form to help stop the cruelty & killing of our furry friends who give us so much happiness. Please, sign the petition, print and post it off to Ian Pearson (The Minister of State for Trade).

http://www.heathermillsmccartney.com/petition.php

She has had a great idea of simply getting you to submit your name and address and her website will automatically draft you out a letter to 2 influential MP’s of which all you have to do is sign and post them.
If you have busy friends, then they may be more likely to go with this.
